Default Help 1080p "Not Recognized"

Last night I tried to watch a DTV movie listed and broadcast in 1080p, but my SonyKDS-70XBR2 1080p SXRD projection TV wouldn't recognize the video output. DTV support had no idea what to do and no way to verfiy the DRV was working correctly. I'm using the H20 receiver.

I ended up watching in 1080i. I would have thought 1080p formats are standard. The DTV tech said my TV needed to handle 24 fps, but there is no way to verify this. Am I missing something?

Well the first thing I would do is look at the manual for the set. See if it has the info you need.
Next go to whomever you got the T.V. from and ask them the specs for the set.
After that if you do not find the answer, go to Sony's website. Search for that specific set.
then if you still cannot find the answer, email them and ask them

Or, do a "GOOGLE" search.
